Anthony Kim received a $1.152 million check for winning the Wachovia Championship on Sunday, surpassing the $2 million mark in season earnings for the first time in his career and bringing his total earnings for this year to around $2.062 million.
Just 12 years ago, that number would have made Kim the PGA Tour's leading money winner for the entire season. On Sunday, it meant he was just one of six players who have already passed $2 million in 2008 earnings, and only one of 33 who have won at least $1 million this year on the PGA Tour. (05/05)
